The Ruger Mark IV 22/45 is a highly refined .22 LR pistol offering precision, reliability, and modularity. Its cold hammer-forged barrel ensures long-term accuracy, while the internal cylindrical bolt design provides consistent sight-to-barrel alignment. The alloy steel receiver and threaded barrel with 1/2-28 thread pitch support the use of popular muzzle devices.

The polymer grip frame features a serrated frontstrap and checkered backstrap for confident handling. 1911-style checkered grip panels enhance both ergonomics and aesthetics. A simple one-button takedown system allows fast disassembly and full-length cleaning without tools. The sighting system includes an adjustable rear sight and drilled-and-tapped receiver compatible with Weaver- or Picatinny-style optics rails.

Additional features include an ambidextrous manual safety (convertible), left-side magazine release, magazine disconnect, and two included 10-round magazines.
