The Ruger Mark IV 22/45 is a lightweight .22 LR pistol engineered for high precision and modularity. Its cold hammer-forged barrel delivers exceptional accuracy and durability, while the internal cylindrical bolt ensures permanent sight-to-barrel alignment. The ventilated aerospace-grade aluminum receiver and tensioned stainless steel barrel provide structural rigidity and reduced weight.

The ergonomic polymer grip frame is precision-molded with a serrated frontstrap and checkered backstrap. The checkered 1911-style grip panels enhance control and appearance. A one-button takedown system allows for fast, tool-free disassembly and chamber-to-muzzle cleaning. The threaded barrel with 1/2-28 thread pattern includes a thread protector and enables attachment of muzzle accessories.

The pistol features a factory-installed Picatinny rail, adjustable rear sight, and fixed front sight for optimized aiming. Additional user features include an ambidextrous manual safety (convertible), left-side magazine release, magazine disconnect, and two included 10-round magazines.
