This medical pouch is for those users who want the design of the MTKN but need to carry a full-size pressure dressing and chest seal. It offers the same high speed access to your medical gear as the other BFG MED MTKN and TKN trauma first aid pouches.

The front outer pouch features a laser cut cross with several signal indicators. The end user can decide which indicator works best for their use or leave all the inserts out for a pattern matched front for maximum concealment.
